No Returns or Exchanges (General Policy)
- All sales are final.
- No returns, exchanges, or changes are allowed once an order has been confirmed and processed.
- This includes changes to product selection, quantity, delivery date, or customisation details.
Sale Items
- All sale and promotional items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Defective or Damaged Items
Returns or refunds will only be considered if the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Clear photos and/or videos of the defect must be provided.
- Items must be unused and in original condition, unless the defect is inherent.
Harmony Essentials reserves the right to assess the claim and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund will be provided.
Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Failed delivery due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to receive will not be eligible for refund.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed and payment is made:
- No cancellations, amendments, or refunds will be allowed.
- This applies to all customised, made-to-order, or perishable items.
Right of Final Decision
Harmony Essentials reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund matters.
